The kitchen waste is crushed and put into the fermentation bin. It is quickly decomposed under the action of high-temperature composite bacteria (65°C~75°C) and intermittent stirring. The macromolecular organic matter is converted into harmless substances such as CO₂ and H₂O. The waste gas is purified by the deodorization system and discharged. There is no secondary pollution in the whole process. The reduction rate reaches 85%-90% within 24 hours, and the final output is about 10% of organic fertilizer substrate.
The organic fertilizer is rich in beneficial bacteria such as Bacillus and organic matter, which can be directly used to improve soil and improve fertilizer efficiency.
